The EIGER SWISS RESTAURANT is run by husband and wife team Alain & Ruth Will. Between them they have some seventy years of experience in the hospitality business.
Ruth, born in Switzerland, arrived in Australia in 1970 and has been working in Restaurants and Clubs ever since.
First on a part time basis, since 1981 full time.
A self-taught cook she spoils the customers with genuine home cooked Swiss food and generous portions.
