Carilley Estate is situated on 22 beautiful acres in the very heart of the Swan Valley of which 10 acres are presently under vine. The property boasts over 250 olive trees and the fruit is hand picked to produce its signature blended olive oil. Carilley Estate is committed to producing the highest quality wine for a discerning clientele. Both white and red grape varietals are grown on the property and are also lovingly hand picked allowing the resultant wine to be at its most flavorsome and robust. The vineyard grows white grapes including Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and Viognier. Its red grape varietals include a superb cachet of Shiraz, Malbec, Merlot and Grenache grapes producing sensational wines.
