Helga Sindermann, the owner of the restaurant has a more of a home base background in German Cuisine. She possesses hundreds of the finest German food ideas all in her mind. Along with this comes her artistic interior design which has given the restaurant a beautiful modern but elegant look. The front of house is run by Helga and Sebastian's wife Kristina.
Helga and Kristina strive to ensure that every customer feels like they are at home with her friendliness and giving way. They guarantee that you will come back however it is up to you whether you come and try it for the first time.
