They�ve been a hidden faithful on the Atrium level of the Australia on Collins Centre since 1992. They do simple, wholesome sandwiches and salads for breakfast and lunch. The cafe itself is a cozy little space but they do have tables�quite a few. They�re set around the perimeter of the floor and gives their customers a nice little space to contemplate, meet or chat. Let�s be honest, sometimes you just don�t want to share a communal bench with 20 other people and their weekend dramas.
